"It's a complete SCAM"
I regret joining this company. Once you register, they freeze your account and ask you to deposit more. This way , I deposited more than 15 grand. They will tell you, you can't activate your money unless you deposit additional. Please, do not invest. This is a scam. My account is currently disabled for no reason. I am told to pay R2000 to activate it but I refused this time. DO NOT REGISTER. I wish someone has reviewed them on this platform so that I would not register. I will regret this for the rest of my life! From South Africa

"Horrible experience at WeWork CyberCity…"
Horrible experience at WeWork CyberCity Gurgaon center which is apparently their biggest center and I travelled quite a distance to get here in hopes to get lesser distraction and get my work done - instead they refused to give me a dedicated workspace and instead offered me a community table with a lot of noise pollution! Pathetic and a complete waste of money!

"WeDoNotWork"
This is not WeWork, this is WeDoNotWorkPiecefully. This is really not a good working environment. Most of the co-working spaces and the all access have the most disruptive tennis tables and pool tables and beer taps. They actually hardly have any good working spaces. Many offices have the worst possible lighting and you will get a headache towards the middle of the day. The ones that are slightly good and well designed have been ruined by the over use or the games in the middle of the workspace. You are almost always guranteed to get a headache somehow or another. Working in a train station is less disruptive.

"why let me book a desk on a day you are shut?"
I am in Germany, there is a holiday on the 6th Jan. I need to work with people in the UK. I checked opening times, I used the app and I booked a desk in a Munich location. I rock up on the 6th … building shut. I cannot get in as it is closed. Now you may say .. well it is a holiday. I‘d be fine with that if the app blocked me from booking a desk, or as a regular attendee in Munich sent me an email to say it was shut. But really? This is a global company built for people who work collaboratively across the globe …

I wasted my time, the time of the people with whom I was supposed to have meetings and I wasted money getting there. I was not alone. As I was leaving in frustration another WeWorker turned up .. also denied entry to a building he had booked a desk in,.

"Bad customer service, overcharged, and inconsistent policies indicating discrimination"
I had purchased the WeWork All Access membership in London. It's quite expensive. A WeWork building manager in BishopsGate told me that they allow guests in after 5pm, free of charge, now and again such as once a week etc. if you have membership, and then emailed me saying that I couldn't do the same and copied their entire building into it saying I'm only allowed guests including in
the evening if I book a meeting room which is a paid for service. I pointed out that they and their staff members stated that it wasn't a problem after hours and that paying for a meeting room was not necessary for other WeWork members. I pointed out in a corresponding email that it's discrimination if they allow members to have guests free of charge but I can't. I had no further response from them. I am not continuing my membership or joining up again. It took me several days for getting something which was overcharged to me and it wasn't communicated to me before charging either, I had to see them a few times to get it sorted - that isn't good enough. It led me to wonder if they were doing it on purpose out of spite. Lack of professionalism. I don't find many older members of staff working there, I think it would help for them to be more inclusive, I found it quite a young crowd in terms of staff members. No wonder WeWork still isn't making money with the way they treat their customers. I wonder if they'll ever make that correlation.

"Best global office solution for frequent travelers"
I considered plenty of global coworking solutions. WeWork remains the best solution given that:
1. A ton of different locations are available across the globe
2. It's (to my knowledge) the only option in this price range which gives you 24/7 access to properties with their global access membership. All others only give you access during office hours (9-5) which is not enough (depending on your profession).

However, as soon as you reach a team of 15+ employees, I recommend you switch to a proper office (price per sqm is a LOT better if you aren't in the WeWork network).

"I had a simple question and still not answered"
I had a simple question "Is there a mailbox outside the office at Stadhouderskade 5 in Amsterdam?".
After calling their only phone number I choose option 1 which was the only option which responded.
I could not get a good answer on my question so I have sent my question from their website. The only response I got was a sales email to to entice me into a lease contract.

"WeWork changes name to WeJerk"
This company should have went out of business when they fired the founder/CEO. I was a tenant in Chicago on Wabash for 4 years until they screwed me and breached the terms of my lease so they could kick me out and sell my office to someone else for more money. Their solution was to put me in a closet. Dishonest, disorganized and diabolical sums up the leadership of this organization.

"I am in the Canary Wharf branch"
I am in the Canary Wharf branch. The WiFi is unstable and stops intermittently. It doesn't matter if you work in web browsers, but if you are a developer like me, it causes ssh sessions to drop. It's incredibly annoying.

"LAUREN DARNELL - Terrible sales experience"
On my tour with Lauren she was extremely arrogant and phony. When my company asked about the free month promotion she told me that was no longer available. However, that was not the case. We had to fight tooth and nail to get what was offered online and she didn’t even think to apologize. Would not recommend WeWork with people like her in the field.

"Terribly ran business - surviving out of lack of alternatives"
Honestly, I have never come across such an awfully ran business.

They let you sign up for a product that doesn't exist (i.e. sign up and pay for AllAccess wework, arrived to the building to be told it will be permanently closed, and that I have to book a desk at another location in the city... all of which are fully booked for weeks. To spaces I go!

"So far so good"
we are working in Wework San Mateo. So far so good, space, coffee, milk... BUT a little bit expensive, you have to use credits if you book a meeting room or work in other wework offices.
